Simon Gledhill - previous experience working in fastener industry, industrial rubber and IT.
Malcolm Taylor - previous experience working in HVAC, process control & monitoring & white consumer goods industries.
Hasmukh Vaghela - previous experience working in fastener and industrial rubber industry.
The story so far …
In July 2005 VMS completed its first acquisition, that of Maylux Engineering Limited. VMS were advised by Mazars LLP and the deal was financed by RBoS.
